Branch is the software arm of Eventagrate Group, started in 2024 on regional delivery running back to 2015. We work with government entities, enterprises, and global brands across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, on work that carries fixed public deadlines and regulatory review.

Check-in for a drone racing final.

A separate, smaller engagement for the same league: an end-to-end registration and check-in system for Aspire’s A2RL Drone Racing Championship, with distinct paths for public and VIP attendees, QR tickets delivered by email, an event microsite carrying the agenda and speakers, and a live statistics page driving access control and attendance reporting.

Ticketing, portal, one CMS.

Branch designed and built Expo Dubai Group’s responsive web portal, an event ticket marketplace covering both paid and free admission, and a custom CMS handling on-demand and live content, so the team publishes and updates everything from one console. It is the digital gateway Expo City Dubai took into its life after Expo 2020: the master plan, the attractions, the venues and the events, in one place for visitors, businesses and event partners.

Verified sign-up, moderated Q&A.

A registration and event portal for the AI Film Festival at Expo City Dubai, with OTP-verified sign-up, multi-step registration separating general attendees from workshop participants, the schedule and speaker line-up, a live Q&A where every question is reviewed before it reaches the screen, and input switching across the festival’s live streams.

World Chambers Congress · Enterprise · UAE

One congress, venue and platform.

A registration portal with personalised delegate and exhibitor access, and a 2D virtual venue carrying the agenda, speakers, main stage, breakout rooms, networking and exhibitor booths, tied to a 360° model of the physical site so streams and chat crossed between them. Speed networking, digital playbooks and mood boards ran on both sides, with a moderator portal clearing content before publication.
